1. Who We Are

Sideon, LLC ("Sideon", "we", "us") is a Wyoming limited liability company operating as a micro-SaaS venture studio. This policy describes how Sideon collects, uses, and protects your information across our website at sideon.io and our products, including HomeInspect.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and password (stored as a salted hash — we never see your password). One Sideon account is shared across all of our products.

Product content: the content you create in a Sideon product and the outputs generated from it. How a specific product handles your content is described in that product's own privacy policy.

Billing information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details — we retain only your subscription tier and Stripe customer reference.

Waitlist information: name, email, and industry if you join a waitlist for the studio or one of our products.

3. Product-Specific Handling

Each Sideon product may collect and process data specific to what it does. For details on how a particular product handles your content — for example, how HomeInspect processes inspection photos — see that product's own privacy policy on its own site (for HomeInspect, homeinspect.tech/privacy).

4. How We Use Your Information

To provide our products: operating the service, managing your subscription, and responding to support requests. We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except the processors required to operate our services (such as AWS, Anthropic, and Stripe).

5. Data Isolation

Your data is accessible only to your account. Every data access in our systems is scoped to the authenticated owner — no other customer can view your projects, content, or reports.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. To delete your account and all associated data, email admin@sideon.io — we process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: an authentication cookie to keep you signed in and an anti-forgery token to protect form submissions. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
