1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Sideon website at sideon.io and your Sideon account. Sideon is operated by Sideon, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Each Sideon product may have its own additional terms that apply when you use that product.

2. The Studio & Our Products

Sideon is a micro-SaaS venture studio. We build, own, and operate a portfolio of focused software products for landlords, property managers, and field professionals — including HomeInspect. One Sideon account gives you access to the products you subscribe to.

3. Product-Specific Terms

Terms specific to a product — including how it works, subscriptions and billing, cancellation, refunds, and any product warranties or disclaimers — are set out in that product's own Terms of Service on its own site. For HomeInspect, see homeinspect.tech/terms. Where a product's terms conflict with these umbrella terms on a product-specific matter, the product's terms control for that product.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to accept these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't upload content you lack rights to, attempt to access other customers' data, reverse-engineer our services, or use them for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our products and the outputs generated from it. Sideon retains all rights in the software, brands, and services themselves.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sideon's total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with notice. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes & Contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions? admin@sideon.io.
